Tilton - Highland Ridge Subdivision

• This subdivision of 27 single family home lots with beautiful views consists of a whole new community water system, 4 community septic systems and 5 large detention ponds with associated drainage.

Merrimack - Gilbert Crossing

• This multifamily residential project consists of 4 residential buildings, 5 garages and a club house. In 90 short days we moved 30,000 CY of loam and 25,000 CY of earth just to get ready for foundations. We installed 3000 ft of drainage pipe and structures, 1,500 LF of sewer and 2,000 LF of water. We finished by placing 2,000 tons of asphalt to wrap up for winter.

Penacook - Penacook Landing

• This work force housing project includes all utilities brought into the site, construction of drainage ponds and swales as well as preparation for new buildings.

Sunapee - Self Storage

• Self Storage addition to include house demolition, 3 new buildings, Site drainage, drainage pond, paving & foundations.

Merrimack - Neighborworks Development

• Neighborworks Development- This 9 building work force community includes excavating and backfill for all foundations; all new utilities tied into city systems. Large retention ponds will be built with site landscaping and paving to complete this project.

New Market High School

• This project consists of site work for a 25,000 SF addition to the Newmarket Junior/Senior High School and construction of a new 1-acre parking lot. Work included a large underground detention system, 2,000 LF of drainage pipe and structures, as well as rerouting of a 10” water main and 1,000 LF of 18” sewer main and structures.

New Hampton Prep School

• All site work for the new Jacobson Ice Arena.

Boscawen- Hannah Dustin Condominiums

• This project consist of the construction of 38 townhouses in Boscawen along the Contoocook River. Our scope consists of site clearing and grubbing 6 acres, stripping of loam, excavation and back fill for all foundations. We will form and pour all 38 foundations and slabs as well as install all utilities, lawn and parking areas.

Keene- Westmill Senior Housing

• Demolition of an existing parking lot and all site work for a senior living facility with underground parking. Our scope includes excavation and preparation for driven piles, cast in place concrete grade beams, Installation of water and sewer services for the new building as well as site drainage, vertical granite curb and pavement.

Bass Island Condo

• This project is a new condominium building in Manchester. Our scope includes excavation and back fill for frost walls, form and pour footings and frost walls. Place and fine grade selects for concrete slab, and pour concrete slab.

Livermore Falls Parking Area

• Construction of a new 75 space paved parking lot at the Livermore Falls State Park.

New Hampton Bridge

• This project is to remove an existing bridge and replace it with a precast bridge. Our scope includes pavement removal, existing bridge demolition, setting of new bridge and site restoration.

Rumney Buffalo Rd Bridge

• This project is to remove and replacing an existing box culvert. Our scope includes pavement removal, water control, existing culvert demolition, setting of new culvert and site restoration.

Salvation Army McKenna House

• This project is to add sleeping quarters to the Salvation Army in Concord, NH. Our scope includes striping loam, excavation and backfill for foundations, installation of a new water service, and installation of a new sewer service and site restoration.

Liberty Utilities

• Excavation for a 3900 sq. ft. training facility, building a parking lot, installing a storm water management basin and 2000 feet of water main.

Hooksett Rest Area

• The existing Rest Area/Liquor & Wine Outlet will be redeveloped. The new facility will include a 16,000 sf welcome center. A 20,000 sf State Liquor & Wine Outlet store will share a roof with a 1950‘s diner, Italian Farmhouse Restaurant by the Common Man, old-time deli, coffee & breakfast shop, convenience store and interactive/informative visitors center. Approximately 380 parking spaces will be provided, 16 fuel stations, walking areas for pets, restrooms and a bank are some of the amenities included in this construction.

Our scope of work on this project consists of the excavation and backfill for all footings, building slabs, under slab utilities and parking lots. This site has extensive drainage, sewer, and waterlines as well as a large detention pond to be installed.

Belmont

• Future Goodwill Building with additional retail space. Large ledge cut and directional drilling for a water line installation.
