CURRENT PROJECTS - JOBS IN PROGRESS


Durham - Oyster River Middle School
  • This multi-year project is complete sitework for the construction of a new school building. Project includes road reconstruction, complete infrastructure of two large underground detention systems, all new water, sewer and drainage systems and an expansive 13,400 sf of engineered retaining walls.

Belmont - 603 Storage
  • Complete sitework to include underground stormwater system, engineered retaining walls, foundation preparation and paving.

Alexandria - Private Residence
  • Complete sitework for new lakeside residence to include all infrastructure, retaining walls and a challenging roadway construction with 80 vertical feet of elevation change.

Lyme - Fanger Center
  • A new academic building will be built here. We will provide complete sitework including foundation preparation, sewer service, drainage and engineered walls.

New Hampton - Rt 104 Road Widening
  • This project was for the widening of a turning lane to access a proposed health care facility. Installation of new drainage, construction of a detention pond, paving & striping for lane delineation.

New Hampton - Newfound Self Storage
  • Site development to include extensive cuts and fills, preparation for foundations for a total of nine buildings. Drilling, blasting & material processing to produce select materials from onsite resources. Construction of detention ponds with wetland infiltration for storm water treatment. Private sewer & water systems will be constructed.

Plymouth - Aroma Joes
  • Site development for a modern drive thru coffee shop, to include installation of municipal sewer & water as well as onsite storm water detention & filtration systems. Paving, loam and seed to completion.
